Booking & Reservations

What is check-in and check-out time?

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in options are available: 10-11 AM ($300), 11 AM-12 PM ($200), 12-1 PM ($100), 1-2 PM ($50). Late check-out options are also available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

How do I make a booking?

You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred apartment, dates, and number of guests. Follow the prompts to enter your details and complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in incur a charge equal to the first night's rate. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.

Do you offer extended stay discounts?

Yes! We offer 10% discount for stays of 7-13 nights, 15% for 14-27 nights, and 20% for stays of 28 nights or longer. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

Apartment Amenities

What amenities are included in every apartment?

All apartments include: free high-speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge), in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning and heating, quality linens and towels, TV with streaming services, iron and ironing board, and basic toiletries.

Is WiFi included?

Yes, free high-speed WiFi is included in all apartments. Most properties offer NBN connections with speeds suitable for streaming and video conferencing.

Do apartments have parking?

Many of our properties offer secure underground parking for $30-50 per night, subject to availability. Please check the specific apartment listing or contact us to confirm parking availability for your chosen property.

Pets & Policies

Are pets allowed in your apartments?

Yes, pets are welcome in most of our apartments! A pet cleaning fee of $150 applies per stay. Please notify us when booking so we can confirm pet-friendly availability and prepare the apartment accordingly.

Is smoking allowed?

All Mega Style Apartments are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside all apartments and common areas. A $500 cleaning fee applies if evidence of smoking is found.

Can I have visitors or host events?

Visitors are welcome during reasonable hours, but overnight guests must be registered. Parties and events are not permitted. The maximum occupancy listed for each apartment must be respected at all times.

Payment & Fees

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers. Payment is processed securely through Commonwealth Bank's CommWeb gateway.

What is the security deposit?

A refundable security deposit of $136 is required for all bookings. This is held as a pre-authorization on your card and released within 5-7 business days after checkout, pending inspection of the apartment.

Are there any additional fees I should know about?

Yes, a cleaning fee of $220.80 applies to all bookings. Additional fees may apply for: extra guests beyond the base occupancy ($50/night), pets ($150), early check-in or late check-out, and optional extras like foldaway beds or port-a-cots ($50 each).

During Your Stay

What if something breaks during my stay?

Please contact us immediately if anything is not working properly. We have maintenance staff available and will resolve issues as quickly as possible. For emergencies, contact our 24/7 emergency line provided in your welcome email.

Is housekeeping included?

Weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or longer. For shorter stays, you'll have all cleaning supplies needed. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for $80 per clean.

How do I get the keys / access the apartment?

Most apartments use smart locks with keypad entry. You'll receive your unique access code via email 24 hours before check-in. Some properties may use physical keys collected from a lockbox. Full access instructions are sent before your arrival.
