\r\n Nexus Apartments is a boutique residential development at\r\n 69 Palmer Street, Richmond, Victoria. \r\n Completed in 2007, the complex comprises\r\n 62 individual apartment lots\r\n (one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts) spread across five storeys\r\n and supported by a residents’ pool, gym, landscaped courtyard and\r\n secure basement parking.\r\n Public sources list plan-of-subdivision\r\n PS536991 as the governing title; the project falls\r\n within the Yarra City Council municipality.\r\n
